Recovery steps
Do you have your seed phrase backup?
If yes, you can recover your wallet on a new device. If no, you need to act differently.
If you have your seed phrase: move funds to a new wallet
Your seed phrase may have been exposed. Create a new wallet and move all funds there as a precaution.
Remote wipe your phone if possible
Use Find My iPhone or Google Find My Device to remotely lock or erase your phone.
Change passwords for all crypto-related accounts
Update passwords for exchanges, email accounts linked to crypto services, and any apps on the phone.
Enable 2FA on all accounts
If you haven't already, enable two-factor authentication on all exchange and crypto service accounts.
Contact your mobile carrier
Report the phone as lost/stolen and consider a SIM lock to prevent SIM-swap attacks.
If you don't have your seed phrase
If your wallet app supports cloud backup, you may be able to recover on a new device. Contact wallet support.
